Show the condition

Send a wide photograph, a close-up, the approximate size and the city. Explain what caused the opening and whether the issue has already been addressed.

Set the scope

Distinguish board replacement, joints, texture, primer and paint. Include access, protection and any wall or ceiling assembly requirements.

Confirm the next step

The contractor reviews the property, repair method and availability. Agree the finish boundary and visit sequence before the work is booked.
